Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our growing data and analytics team. This is a pivotal role in shaping the organization's digital transformation journey, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize business performance and enhance customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SQL, Google BigQuery, and data pipeline development, combined with a deep understanding of business processes, data analytics, and stakeholder management.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, develop data-driven solutions, and provide insights from multiple data sources such as Salesforce, Google Ads, GA4, and SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Additionally, you will play a critical role in supporting data science projects by collaborating with engineering teams to build and maintain efficient data pipelines.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a data-driven environment.
  • Proven experience working with SQL and Google BigQuery for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Ads, GA4, SFMC, and other marketing analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on experience supporting data science and analytics projects.


Job Requirement

Technical Skills:

  • Strong SQL skills with expertise in querying large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and cloud-based analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline development.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) is a must.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is desirable.
