Job Description
• Build meaningful relationships with assigned learners through proactive communication and support.
• Oversee the entire learner lifecycle, including onboarding, milestone management, and graduation sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance learner experiences through process optimization and workflow refinement.
• Maintain detailed records of learner feedback and track KPIs to inform data-driven decision making.
• Ensure learners stay on track with their payment plans, fostering a culture of accountability and responsibility.
