Job Description
Do you believe visuals should do more than just making a message look good? We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can create high-converting CRM creatives that don’t just grab attention but also drive action. If you can blend aesthetics with performance, let’s talk!

What You’ll Do:
  • Design high-impact CRM creatives that improve engagement.
  • Create visually appealing and conversion-friendly email templates.
  • Work with the CRM team to align design with content strategy.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Optimize designs based on user behavior and data insights.
  • Create templates and design systems for faster execution.
Job Requirement
Required skills:
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
✔ Experience designing for CRM (email, push, WhatsApp) is a plus
✔ Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and UI/UX principles
✔ Ability to balance aesthetics with performance-driven design
✔ Motion graphics or basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
