· Own the sales target for all programs assigned to him/ her
· Ensure monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales targets are met for all products assigned to him/ her.
· Work closely with the marketing teams pre and post launch of new programmes for sharing insights, suggestions and with other departments as may be needed
· Interact with Senior and Mid-level working professionals in a consultative manner whenever support is needed by the team for closures
· Check and improve lead conversion metrics – lead/ application, lead/ enrolment, application/ enrolment and other metrics like talk time, avg. dialects/ connects, etc.
· Ensure high incentive penetration every month for TLs and advisors mapped to him/ her
· Ensure old leads reactivation and referrals contribution for all programmes are met as per planned numbers
· Ensure information provided by the learners are correct and authentic
· Travel occasionally as may be needed for meeting teams or to participate in events or other business requirements
· Ensure accuracy of all information and interactions in CRM
· Leverage the dashboards for measuring performance on a daily basis
· Identify training and learning gaps in the team and fill these gaps
· Undertake projects for process improvement
· Assess competition products, enable the team with objection handling/ rebuttals
